The new and improved, 2024 ADvance program runs from January 17-June 12, 2024.This 6 month program has components including online learning, in-person sessions devoted to different aspects of the business and sessions dedicated to key soft skills. The curriculum is designed to be particularly relevant to advertising professionals with five or fewer years of experience, college seniors or those who want to enhance their knowledge and learn techniques for career advancement. 

This program is an excellent training opportunity for new professionals offering valuable exposure to different facets of our industry, access to Leadership, course content for skill development and resources and techniques for career advancement.

Program Details

Online Learning- Linked In Marketing certificate

In-person sessions- 2x per month.  Each session is devoted to a different aspect of the business, and the group travels to different agencies, media outlets and more to meet other real-world practitioners who will provide a comprehensive overview of their area of expertise, industry insights and career advice based on their experience.  Topics include Agency Life, Creative Strategy, Events and Sponsorships, Digital Media, Social Content, Broadcast Production and others. 

Soft Skills- optional sessions will be focused on self promotion, networking and presentation skills.

Sessions start on Wednesday, January 17 and are held every other week through June 12, with the exception of Monday, 3/11.

Check in begins as 6pm with refreshments or a light dinner being served until 6:30.  The program runs from 6:30-8pm.
